The reader forum is my web portal's hub of activity. After outgrowing a previous forum software and two web hosts I landed at Gossamer Threads, which serves as both my web host and the producer of my forum software. My forum handles 1600 daily posts, 3.5 million page views, along with queries that quickly search over one million archived posts. The forum handles rotating banner ads, along with whatever customizations I throw at it (I use the Gossamer Threads staff to write my custom code and scripts).
